                Posted - Jan 11 2022 : 8:15:28 PM I have a c# project and recently tried doing a Find References on a task defined like this:
  public async Task DoTheThing(bool param1, uint param2, MyClass param3) { ...impl }
  Right after this are references to it:
  [... Multiple custom attributes ...] public async Task DoTheThingThisWay() {     await DoTheThing(...); }
  [... Multiple custom attributes ...] public async Task DoTheThingAnotherWay() {     await DoTheThing(...); }
  In my case if I try to use Find References on any instance of 'DoTheThing' it only finds the one that invoked it on. It does not find the other two instances like I expect. All of this is in the same file/class/namespace. Could I get help in diagnosing the issue? Thanks. |

  case=85290
  It's not the same, but a normal text find should help in this case. Hopefully you are not running into this to often. |
