Posted - Jul 05 2021 : 09:47:33 AM Hey, no problem. I only realized it when I noticed that the Cascadia github page differentiates between cursive and italic. I think the two are differentiated using 'stylistic sets', which sounds like something new introduced into Windows' font attributes. |

Posted - Jul 05 2021 : 09:26:47 AM Hey. Sorry about that. There seems to be an issue with the Cascadia font and VA's display system symbols in italics feature.
You can work around the issue by unchecking the following option: VAssistX > Visual Assist Options > Coloring and Attributes > Show system symbols in italics
We first noticed the problem while testing in VS 2022 preview, and we have case 145890 to track the fix. We hope to have this issue corrected in the upcoming release. |
