Posted - Apr 13 2021 : 02:06:59 AM Hey,
when opening a solution the VA Outline Window is empty. I have to close it and open it again via VAssistX->Tools->VA Outline. Then it works properly and lists the functions in the cpp file.
I am using 10.9.2399. Any idea?
Thanks! |

Posted - Apr 16 2021 : 08:07:58 AM Thank you for the update. I am not sure what could have caused this, so please do let me know if you run into anything like this, or any other problems, in the future.
The only reason I can think of for VA Outline not being filled in is if VA is struggling to parse the current file for some reason, but that should be a file specific problem if it happens. |

Which IDE are you using?
Which programming language, or languages are you using?
Is the VA Outline window pinned inside of the main IDE window, or is it floating? Does the entire IDE fit onto a single window, or are parts of it on different windows?
Is VA Outline in a tab group of tool windows, or on its own? If it's in a tab group, does bringing a different tab to the front and the bringing VA Outline back to the front make any difference? |
