Hi

Today VA suddenly stopped working.
The support expired yesterday but I'm still using a 2019 December build.
How can I resolve this issue?

No it's not updated.
The version shown in the dialog is Version 10.9.2358.0 built 2019.12.19.
The support end data is 2020.3.08

My colleague is having the same issue as well.

In the Register dialog, is the version that is reported in the dialog title the one that you thought it was?

Hi

I'm using VS2019.
The license is through a slip file.
I haven't changed the VA build.
The VA trial dialog shows up when I launch VS.
I don't think it is coincident that this problem starts happening today.
The support ended yesterday.

Which IDE or IDE's are you using?

Have you just changed your version of VA?

Is there any clue to explain why VA is not working? Are you getting a message box saying your license has expired? An error message reporting a problem loading VA? Something else?
