Hello
The filtering mechanism in the Open File in Solution dialogue does not appear to be working correctly in build 2302 when used in Visual Studio 6.
Typing more than 3 or 4 characters of the filename to be located into the filter edit control typically causes the list of files to be cleared of all matches, even though the file could be manually located by scrolling through the previously unfiltered list.
Reinstalling an earlier build of Visual Assist fixes the problem, and the filtering still works OK, so I don't think this is an issue with any cached info, for example.

Oops, apologies for this, and thank you for the clear description:

For now, if you show the VA View tool window, filtering works correctly for me for both files and symbols in the pull down lists at the top of VA View, so there is a work around for this problem. |
