1. Select a block of vertical text holding down the ALT-key and using the mouse 2. Now Use Shift+Ctrl+V to show the clipboard history. 3. Select an entry
The inserted text is not added into each line of the block selection. Instead all text from the first selected position to the last selected position is replaced. Multiple lines get deleted.
Using the just Ctrl+V works...

Posted - Oct 19 2018 : 07:48:02 AM Unfortunately this is a known problem, and I don't yet have an estimate for when this will be fixed:

For now, as a possible work around, once you have used the clipboard history menu to paste something from further down the history, this becomes the current clipboard item, so do one paste, then you can select the vertical block and do one paste for all of the rest of the items. Not ideal, but it might help a bit. |
