Posted - Jan 11 2018 : 10:20:29 AM Recently I begin to use VisualGDB to develop Linux programs, and find a problem. After I Disable Visual Assist(from VASSISTX menu), the next start of Visual Studio IDE will automatically re-enable VAX. Of course, this behavior is not desired.
VisualGDB has his own Intellisense engine to visualize Linux system headers and this cannot be done by VAX. So I sometimes need to disable VAX.
I've tried latest VA_X_Setup2248_0.exe with VS2008 and VS2013, same problem.
Can this problem be fixed in future version? |

In Visual Studio 2013, you can use Extension Manager to disable Visual Assist in a way that sticks throughout restarts, and until you re-enable it.
