Posted - Aug 14 2017 : 5:18:36 PM VS2017U3 just released today and it appears VAX doesn't work with it. Nothing related to VAX shows up in the IDE (update 2 worked fine). I'm running VAX build 2223. |

Posted - Aug 15 2017 : 1:09:42 PM Sometimes after installing an IDE update, you need to go into:
IDE tools menu -> Extensions and Updates...
disable VA, restart the IDE, then go back into Extensions and Updates, Enable VA, and restart the IDE again. So far we have not been able to work out what triggers this occasional problem, or reproduce it on demand, but so far this has been a reliable fix. It sounds like you had a similar problem here, and achieved the same, via a couple of extra steps.
Sorry for the problems, and thank you for the update, it is good to know that VA is working correctly for you once more. |

Posted - Aug 14 2017 : 5:41:52 PM Update: a reboot and re-install of VAX fixed it. Looks like something must of hung while trying to install into VS2017. |
