Add File Problem With VS2013

4. Try again. Add exist File. Then Success Add To Solution. (Why?? T_T)

5. Save Solution and .filters File. And Reopen Solution File. But Not Apply Solution Change. (WTF!!)

But it's not show this problem.. I Try Uninstall VS, VA and reinstall that on My Desktop. but problem not solved.. This Problem show only my Desktop PC... -_-;; How you guess this problem solve? I vaguely remember similar problems but those problems were fixed in a recent build of Visual Assist. I tried but wasn't able to reproduce the problem using VA2031 and VS2013 update 1.
