I'm running Visual Studio 2013 on Windows 8.1, and VAX build 2023.
The "rename files" refactoring hangs for me more often than not (it succeeds perhaps 25% of the time). I've tried waiting several minutes for the process to succeed, but it simply doesn't (Visual Studio becomes unresponsive). Doesn't seem to matter whether or not the target files are checked in or out of source control.
Anyway, just wanted to report the problem as it may be worth some additional testing. |

This is unexpected. Can you please take a minidump of the hang, and send it in?
