The IntelliSense for bew class-Instance constructor is missing mostly.
I have encountered this situation many times,and no matter how many time you retype the class-name, then object-name,then "()".
I also cann't get the IntelliSense for the constructor.

The class is parsed normally.(When the new variable decleared,the member-function IntelliSense works corectly.)

I am seeing the same effect here, thank you for the clear description:

case=70804

For now, try turning on

VA Options -> Listboxes -> Get content from default intellisense

It have helped me with this situation both in VS2008 and VS2012.
