6 days and no key / license information has been sent through. Seems to be a common theme on the forum.

This used to be automatic and instant, why has this changed back to relying on humans? :)

I have found an account for someone called Sam at Lucid Games, and it says the account has been activated. Have I found the correct account?

Serial number email is very frequently filtered as spam. Please check your spambox for mail from Idera or Embarcadero.

No idea why the automated system was replaced with a manual system...
