as subjects says VA Assist is not assisting in Python 2.7 environment in visual 10 32bit.

kindly assist me thanks.

Visual Assist does not support the Python language.

However, you can enable a few non-language related features via following both of the below instructions:
1. https://docs.wholetomato.com/default.asp?W326
2. add python's extension to ExtPlainText as per https://docs.wholetomato.com/default.asp?W353
