Is this a new install of VA on this machine / in this IDE? Or were you previously using an earlier build of VA?

Can you please closing all instances of the IDE, and then after a few seconds to make sure they have finished exiting, reload the IDE, and see if this makes any difference? Sometimes, after the first install, a restart of the IDE helps VA to apply its colouring correctly.

If this does not make any difference, can you please go to:

IDE tools menu -> Options -> Environment -> Fonts and Colors -> Display items = VA Class

and see if the foreground colour set in the IDE options dialog is the colour you expect to see, the orange shade you are using and seeing in the view window, but in the editor. In either case, does changing the colour here have effect in the editor window?

Hi Feline,

I don't find the VA items in the Display items. So I reinstall the VAX and then they appears. The syntax coloring becomes working now. Thanks a lot.

Thank you for the update, I am not quite sure what went wrong here the first time, but I am glad this was so quickly and easily fixed.

I hope this all works well for you, and if you have any more problems or questions, please do just ask.
