Could add "project defined" option to the c/c++ directories in vax for vs200X?
I need switch platform between Win32, Wince...

I am not sure what you are asking for. VA is designed to detect and parse inside the project specific directories set via:

Project properties -> C/C++ -> General -> Additional Include Directories
