Add include Foo.h
Rename

Both are bound to N. For those of us who use the keyboard almost to exclusion it's a minor annoyance.

Which IDE and version of VA are you using?
Exactly where are you looking, which menu are you using?

The shortcut for "Rename" is R for me, looking at the IDE VAssistX menu.

VC6/1723. R is for Find References.
