Basically, some of the code that I work with has separators that goes from the current indentation level to the 100th character, but because the number of indentation varies, I would need to adjust the amount of // needed manually, even when using VA snipplets.
Could there be a feature (new or existing) that could solve my problem? I want to minimize the amount of time spent formatting comments. |

I remember someone posting an IDE macro to the forum that did this, but so far I cannot find that forum thread.
From memory it was a fairly short and simple macro.
It is unlikely we would try to do this with VA snippets, since it would require turning them into a programming language. The IDE macro's already exist, and offer a programming language.
