I really like the implement feature where you can implement a method from a header file in the appropriate source file. However, you have to do that for every single method in the class. I'd like to request an "implement all" feature in the refactoring menu of a class.

Allowing Create Implementation to operate on more than one function at a time is in our list of things to do

case=49162 replaces case=1092 and is implemented in build 1912
