It may seem counter-intuitive at first, but just because the header I pick in my code exists on VS, doesn't mean that the auto-completion won't still help me with cross-platform code.
Interesting, I didn't realise that had been added. Definitely a case where a file listbox would make life a lot easier, I have put in a feature request for this:
Support for __has_include (since C++17)
