This is an idea we are considering, but surprisingly very few people have ever asked about this, so I have made a note of your interest:

For now, are you aware that if you show the VA View window, the top section is a Most Recently Used list, which can be set to show files and methods, if you want. Change the settings for what is shown by right clicking in the MRU section. Not quite the same, but if you are looking to jump back tow here you were before this can be quite helpful.
