Is it possible to filter the 'Find References' results?

Many times I find myself only looking for the places in which a variable is set, not where it is retrieved. It is possible using the code inspection available to filter a variable reference find based on RValue/LValue/etc?

Can you please try right clicking with the mouse in the Find References Results window, to open the context menu. You should have several options, including these three, which should do exactly what you are looking for:

Display declaration
Display read references
Display write references
