It's probably a stretch, but it would be very cool to have #region tags via VisualAssist in VC++ 6. I don't know if it's technically possible, but it seems like you guys can do almost anything to the IDE.
Unfortunately we don't have any plans to add code folding / hiding to VC6. We work with, and behind the IDE's back, so hiding a load of text from the IDE when you fold it is going to cause quite a lot of confusion.
We still actively support VC6, but VC6 makes some things harder than others.
