I don't know about everyone else but once my libraries get documented they become a bear to browse and edit. I'd love a view of a document where all the code was expanded, but not the multi-line comments.
So long as you are not using VS2012, you should be able to adapt this macro to collapse all of the XML comment blocks in a file, so long as you can identify a pattern for their start and end lines:
