when i hit alt-o (goto header/impl file) sometimes I get a list of ambiguities.

it would be good if i could select from this list using a numbered accelerator key, like i can on the clipboard ring menu (ctrl-shift-v).

actually i'd be interested in figuring out why I get the ambiguities at all, it seems like there is enough information in the path of the pairs of files to pick the right one.

i'll see if i can reproduce the problem in a smaller project.

the request above still stands though!
