The "cloned Find References" panes are not only useful, but critical for my work. I sometimes have as many as 20 open at a time.
Unfortunately, VAX does not save the search parameters for each cloned Find Reference pane between restarts of VS, even though it saves the panes themselves.
I think it would be a tremendous new feature if VAX were able to save the search parameters between restarts - tied to the workspace - and re-execute the search when the user clicks the option to re-execute.

I have put in a feature request to see what the developers make of it. However, as far as I know the interface is saved by Visual Studio automatically, so I don't know how easy would it be to implement this:
