Is it or would it be possible to have an option (in VC6), to have the VAX option as part of the normal right click as I often find myself forgetting to click the hover menu, and right click before i realize what i did. (probably because im used to VS2010 having the refactor as part of a right click) |

Not really, since VC6 makes some things quite difficult. There is a Shift + Right click menu though, which works very well in VC6. Just make sure you have turned on:
VA Options -> Advanced -> General -> Enable Context menu upon Shift+Right-click in text editor VA Options -> Advanced -> General -> Enable Context menu upon Right-Click in margin of text editor
Alternatively you can trigger the VA refactoring context menu with the keyboard, Alt-Shift-Q by default. |

Drat, you keep thwarting my plans to make a good suggestion.
shift right click seems to work fine. not ideal, but not terribly bad either. |

The IDE's sometimes seem designed to thwart our plans as well, if that's any consolation. Trying to support VC6 all the way through to VS11 at the same time produces some interesting challenges. |

Oh, I don't doubt it, And like i said before, I think its cool the shear about of stuff you have done with Vc6, despite all its flaws, at times I prefer it too the newer Visual Studios. |
