I miss VA warning or showing me which #include directives are not necessary in the file that I edit (.c, .cpp)

This is something we are considering adding:

case=32032

For now, if you have Code Inspection turned On, turn On the setting:

VA Options -> Code Inspection -> Show Unevaluated Checkers

and then search for and turn On the checker "misc-include-cleaner" which looks for this. You probably want to change the level to be something other than "Unevaluated" if you want the picked up include statements to be marked in the editor though.
