 "helper bar" does not go away in HTML Design view		  New Topic  Topic Locked

It seems that the "helper" bar for VAX (the one with the "go" button) does not get removed when switching from a HTML view to design view. However if you go from a source code (cs file) to design view (in a different file), it does disappear.

confirmed in VS 2005 beta 2 with 1426. this works correctly in VS 2003.

FYI - This still exists in 1430 in VS 2005 Beta 2 and VS 2005 RTM

it has not yet been addressed. this thread should be updated with the version containing a fix when it is fixed.
