I have observed this with VA 6.0.0.1106 and 10.1.1301.0 in Visual C++ 6.0 SP 6. Apologies if it has already been reported already.

1. Ensure that Insert closing }, ) and ] automatically is selected in VA
2. Open a C++ source file and split the window horizontally into 2 views (one pane above the other)
3. In the bottom pane, move to a different section of the file
4. Enter an opening bracket. When VA automatically closes the brackets, hit backspace to then remove the opening bracket. The view in top pane will jump to this code position.

Cheers,

Gary

i cannot get this to happen when editing in the top pane, so the work around for now is to edit in the top pane.
