vs6 + va 1428

class foo;
foo &def = *(foo*)this;

then type "def." will turn into "def->"

another circumstance:
class foo;
foo* p[10];
type "p[0]." will NOT turn into "p[0]->"

i believe the first case is covered by

case=832

this is where references and instances initialised from pointers where they are converted are viewed as pointers.

the array of pointers appears to be a new one

case=862
