After changing my system language to Chinese I can see the comments correctly, they were not displaying correctly before. I am now seeing the problem, thank you for the clear example:

OS win7 Ultimate sp1 (chinese version).
Chinese (PRC) :set for the Language for non-Unocode programs.
May you can try the bold textI typed in the first reply.
It's the function text in my cpp file.

Which IDE and version of VA are you using?

In Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, what do you have set for the Language for non-Unocode programs? This is under Windows XP, the option has different names in different versions of Windows. I have this set to Chinese (PRC) and I have used the following test case:



and the comments are handled correctly when using Create Declaration on both functions.
