Applying all fixes to the whole file is somehow critical. But performing it on a selection helps and I am in control of the changes.

For now, if you have sorted the Code Inspection Results list by line number, you can select a block and then apply just the selected fixes. Not quite the same, but if you are looking at a collection of similar fixes that are grouped together in the file then it may work fairly well.
