Maybe this is just an issue for me or needs further discussion.

I use hashtags like #kownproblem or #knownissue.
Usually this words appear with the red zigzag lines below it. Obviously.

It is easy to add the words to the own dictionary, but better would be to ignore the hashtags in the spellchecking.

Interestingly I have never noticed this effect before, but it turns out the reason is that I always use mixed case in mutli-word hashtags, so instead of #knownissue I would always use #knownIssue, since I find this easier to read. But mixed case words are not spell checked, since they look like they could be symbols.

Not underlining hashtags is something we are aware of:
