Hmm, so it's already implemented? Sean just pinpointed the keybinding that I couldn't find :o

You could use:
Shift+F10 (or the context menu button if you have one on your keyboard),H

That will only work when focus is in the results window.

Alternatively, you could make your own keybinding for VAssistX.RefResultsToggleHighlight

That will work regardless of where the focus is.

Good idea znakeeye. It will be helpful. I keep turned off highlight by default because of case=3672, but when I use find references on a local variable I am always turn it on, so it will be much more easy to do it...
