After well over a decade of relicensing Visual Assist, I went through all the hoops of the new registration process. I'm finally at the point of a serial number, but now I need to be registered on a registration portal. Ok, on to the Idera website to register with another company to get the license. I enter all the information, click the Create Account button and voila! All I get is a popup, "Error", "Unknown Error". Four tries later and its back to waiting for a response from on how to get past this next hurdle.
