Currently, the VA option Override "Ctrl + Wheel" in text editor is very limited. Only two choices, and actually I find them unusable.
I suggest the 2 additional options:
* Browse to prev/next bookmark in the active file.
* Browse to prev/next bookmark across all files.
Since the mouse wheel is typically used for navigation, I think these are good suggestions ;)

That makes a lot of sense as an idea, I am often jumping between bookmarks myself. I have put in a feature request to see what our developers make of this:
