Overloads should be displayed, instead of merely saying "+n overloads". That would be more helpful.
Consider here:
There is a ton of empty space below the gray window. And even if you didn't expand it, you could have just displayed the overload, instead of "+1 overloads", with all the empty space around it. |

That tooltip is displayed by Visual Studio and is there even when Visual Assist is disabled. |
