Find Symbol results should represent as a tree UI not plain list UI.
For example, class Z: public class A, Z's result will display at the last line of the list, maybe out of view.Though we can type Z to location, but I think a tree UI maybe more clean. |

I don't follow. For any long list of symbols, most of the symbols are always going to be invisible in the dialog. Changing to a tree is not going to reduce the number of symbols to show, so its not going to make more symbols fit into the dialog. In fact, adding "parent" nodes is going to make the list longer.
Can you explain what problem you are having, and how a tree structure would help? |
