Sometimes it is just quicker and easier to use a picture or two to explain your bug report or feature request.
If you are simply using the support form here:
http://www.wholetomato.com/support/contact.asp
then you can simply attach the image, or images, when you submit the bug or enquiry.
If you are using the forum, and are creating a "New Topic" then look for the option "Insert an Image", at the bottom of the edit control where you type the topic description.
This will let you attach a .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png image, with a maximum size of 100KB.
If you are replying to a forum topic, then instead of using the "Quick Reply" field at the bottom of the topic, use the "Reply to Topic" link, to get the full reply options, including the "Insert an Image" link.
If you need to attached a larger screen shot to a forum thread then the image needs to be hosted online somewhere. There are a number of free image hosts available, personally I have often used http://photobucket.com/.
Alternatively if you send the images to Support, via the contact form, including the thread ID or URL in the description, so we can match it up, the images will reach me and I can post them to the thread as well if this helps. |
