Hi,
How to replace the default font(MS yahei) of ˇ±Find References Resultsˇ° windowŁ¬because the default font is not clear.

You cannot change it independently, but the following OS dependent method will do the trick:

Windows 7:
Control Panel -> Change the theme -> Window color -> Advanced appearance settings -> Item -> Icon

Windows Vista:
Control Panel -> Personalization -> Window Color and Appearance -> Open classic appearance -> Advanced

Select Icon in Item list.

Windows XP:
Control Panel -> Display -> Appearance tab -> Advanced -> Item = Icon
Go to Top of Page
