In the rename dialog, it would be nice if the tree items were presented in project order. Perhaps even have them grouped in the tree by project. This would make it easier to limit the scope of a rename operation to specific project(s) and perhaps specific files within those project(s).

Yes, it would be good in the find references as well.

I support this idea. I compile a lot of my third party engines into my project directly so that modifications can be easily made and have had instances where I would like a change to affect my "Project" folder but not the third party folders.
