I've disabled option "Automatically show icon for suggested refactorings" under the Advanced->Refactoring tab of the Visual Assist X Options. However, it is still shown in my code. Turning this option on/off doesn't change anything.

One thing that may somehow affect this issue: my system drive is N:, not C:.

Visual Assist v10.7.1903.0
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 v10.0.40219.1 SP1 Rel
Microsoft Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

When is the icon shown? We have two different settings for the icon:

VA Options -> Advanced -> Refactoring -> Automatically show icon for suggested refactorings
which shows the icon as you type. For example, you just typed "void somefunction();" in a class declaration, VA will offer you Create Implementation via showing the icon.

On the other hand,
VA Options -> Advanced -> Refactoring -> Show refactoring icon when hovering
shows the icon when you move your mouse pointer over a symbol.

Hope this helps.
